Injections treat the symptom. They calm the joint down without changing what's causing the irritation in the first place. That's why the relief fades. The 9 point movement screen is built to find the compensation pattern behind the pain, so we're correcting the actual cause instead of quieting it temporarily.
That happens when someone gets programmed before they get assessed. Nothing in your plan gets written until your movement screen tells us exactly what your body can handle right now. Dosing and progression are built around your actual limiters, not a generic template pushed too hard, too soon.
This is exactly where the assessment first model matters most. We've worked with clients through shoulder, back, hip, and knee issues that other providers told them to "just rest." An injury is a starting point for us, not a stop sign. Come as you are.
Yes. The results back it up. Most online coaching is a PDF and a monthly Zoom call. LaVieFit remote coaching means weekly live check ins, video form reviews, real time program adjustments, and direct messaging access to your coach. If you want the in person piece too, the Hybrid tiers are built for that.
Programs are built around your real schedule, not an ideal one. Most clients train 3 to 5 days a week, and sessions run 45 to 60 minutes. Whether you're traveling constantly, running a company, or managing a family, the program works inside your actual life. Consistency beats a perfect schedule you can't keep.
Because "everything" (injections, PT, a trainer, YouTube) treated the joint in isolation. None of them mapped how the rest of your body was compensating around it. Your program is built from your specific assessment data, and I'm checking in on you before you have to reach out. Most of my best clients came to me after those exact four things failed first.
All tiers require a 3 month minimum agreement. After that, coaching continues month to month with 14 days written notice to cancel. No contracts beyond the minimum commitment period.
